Dammam – Aljomaih Automotive Company (AAC), the largest GM dealer in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, participated as a Platinum sponsor in "Risks of human capital and innovative solutions" workshop, held at Sheraton Dammam hotel recently under the auspices of his Excellency Dr. Mefrej bin Saad Alhakbani, Deputy Minister of Labor and Human Resources Development Fund.
The workshop discussed key internal issues facing enterprises in the area of human resources and human capital, and granting them the opportunity to learn the most important external risks related to Saudization process that facing most enterprises operating in the Kingdom, as well as debating solutions that were created to deal with these risks and ways to control them.
VariousSaudi universities and colleges participated in the workshop including King Fahd University of Petroleum, Prince Mohammed bin Fahd University in Dammam, University of King Faisal University,Jubail Industrial College, Public Administration Institute, University College of Jubail and Technical colleges in the eastern region.
Key note speakers at the workshop included Chancellor Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Mohammed Al-Zoman, Executive Chairman of the Group of Risk Experts, and Dr. Adel Batawil, Consultant and Head of Risk Management Department at King Fahd Medical City.
